Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and operate a designated kitchen station (hot kitchen, salads, or production).
Ensure mise en place is prepared before service.
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
Supervise and assist commis chefs and kitchen helpers.
Ensure proper stock usage and minimize food waste.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef.
Experience in restaurant or caf kitchens.
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure during busy service.
Team player with a positive attitude.
