Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation practices, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
Experiment with cooking techniques and presentation styles, pushing culinary boundaries while maintaining quality.
Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and promote sustainability.
Participate in menu tastings and culinary events, representing the establishment and showcasing culinary skills.
