Position Overview
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding process for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) clients. The role focuses on delivering a seamless digital onboarding experience, accelerating time-to-revenue, and ensuring compliance with risk and operational standards while enhancing customer satisfaction.

What You ll Do
* Manage onboarding for GTB and investment banking clients across complex structures and solutions such as liquidity management, treasury solutions, and VAM
* Lead and mentor a team of onboarding managers, directors, and trainers to deliver best-in-class client onboarding services
* Collaborate with GTB Sales, Product, and Channels teams to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience
* Drive digitization and automation of onboarding processes to reduce turnaround times and increase revenue utilization
* Participate in client meetings, RFP responses, and pre-advisory stages to align onboarding with client expectations
* Ensure compliance with all internal risk standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies
* Review and refine processes, SOPs, and documentation to minimize failure points and enhance operational efficiency
* Oversee testing, training, and go-live activities for onboarding new channels and products
* Provide management dashboards and MIS reports to track onboarding performance and client engagement
* Coordinate with operations and client services teams for post-implementation support and handovers
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
* 1 3 years of relevant experience in onboarding, client services, or GTB operations
* Strong knowledge of documentation interdependencies across payments, collections, and electronic banking
* Proficient in Microsoft applications with strong organizational and planning skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to manage high workloads under pressure while maintaining accuracy and compliance
* Motivated self-starter with strong initiative and a customer-centric mindset
