This position works out of our Dubai/Cologne location in the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Infectious Diseases

What You'll Do:
- Implement and monitor Business Intelligence models for customer segmentation and targeting.
- Drive Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives and educate the organization on SFE concepts.
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decisions.
- Plan and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Own and manage sales incentive plans, including bonus design and calculations.
- Provide competitive intelligence and insights to support business development and strategic planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose new sales force strategies, including resource allocation and geographical deployment.
- Lead productivity workshops and facilitate improvement action plans.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Marketing, Medical) to optimize processes and productivity.
- Perform ongoing data analysis, benchmarking, and corrective action recommendations.
IT Systems / Skills
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- PowerBI and Salesforce.com
Competencies
- Seasoned experience in sales and or marketing.
- Insight into internal and external customers
- Expert in Training and Development
- Expert in Data Analytics
Desired Candidate Profile
BCom/BSc Degree
MBA desirable with preferred focus on Strategy, Marketing and Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles.
Seasoned experience in Sales and or Marketing
Relevant Experience in Commercial Excellence in Healthcare Industry preferably in Diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
Product/industry knowledge, technical/business acumen Business Knowledge
Strong project experience in Commercial Area
