Atlantis The Palm is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Commis Chef 3 to join the culinary team at Casablanca Beach Club. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing ingredients and basic dishes according to the chef s specifications.
* Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations and mise en place.
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation in line with brand standards.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations during service.
* Monitor inventory levels for your section and communicate shortages promptly.
* Learn and develop culinary techniques through on-the-job training and mentorship.
* Uphold a strong sense of teamwork, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.

Ideal Profile
* 1 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally within a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
* Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of international cuisine and food safety standards (HACCP).
* Strong attention to detail, discipline, and eagerness to learn from senior chefs.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Passion for cooking, presentation, and culinary excellence.
