Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare mise-en-place and support food production across different sections
- Participate in the setup of buffets and special functions
- Contribute to breakfast, lunch, and dinner service preparations
- Ensure kitchen areas are cleaned and maintained to hygiene standards
- Follow all Health and Safety policies in food handling and preparation
- Assist with inventory checks and stock control for efficient operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Service-oriented personality with a passion for cooking and culinary presentation
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic team player
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Previous kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory
