Roles & Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef eager to develop culinary skills and contribute reliably to a professional kitchen environment with a positive, hands-on attitude. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking under supervision. Follow recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen. Assist in receiving and storing food supplies correctly. Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak service. Comply with food hygiene and safety guidelines.

- Culinary training or relevant kitchen experience.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a culinary career.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
