Roles & Responsibilities
ob Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Pricing Team Lead to manage and support our customer service and pricing team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring excellent customer service, preparing competitive freight pricing (air/sea/land), and driving team performance. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, a strong background in freight forwarding, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and support the customer service team in handling inquiries,
bookings, and escalations.
*Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with carriers,
agents, and shipping lines.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of
service satisfaction.
*Monitor team KPIs, drive process improvements, and maintain pricing
accuracy.
*Supervise, coach, and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
*1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding, *Strong knowledge of international logistics (air, sea, land), incoterms, and shipping documentation. *Proven negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. *Excellent communication skills.
