Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collect, verify, and organize client documents required for visa applications.
Assist clients in completing application forms accurately and submit them to the relevant embassy or visa center.
Track visa application status and provide timely updates to clients.
Maintain records of all applications, approvals, and rejections.
Ensure compliance with embassy guidelines and visa regulations.
Communicate with clients to resolve documentation issues or urgent requests.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to visa processing. (sufficient training will be provided).
Desired Candidate Profile
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently.
