Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate seamless service flow, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment, and resolving customer issues with grace.
- Master inventory management, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels for popular Egyptian dishes and ingredients.
- Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment, and providing training on authentic Egyptian culinary techniques.
- Oversee financial performance, analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to boost profitability.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field provides a solid foundation.
- Possessing certifications in food safety and hygiene demonstrates a commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Prior experience within the hospitality industry, ideally within an Egyptian or Middle Eastern restaurant, is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, showcasing leadership and operational expertise.
