Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate seamless service flow, ensuring prompt and accurate order fulfillment, and resolving customer issues with grace.
  • Master inventory management, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels for popular Egyptian dishes and ingredients.
  • Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive work environment, and providing training on authentic Egyptian culinary techniques.
  • Oversee financial performance, analyzing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to boost profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field provides a solid foundation.
  • Possessing certifications in food safety and hygiene demonstrates a commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Prior experience within the hospitality industry, ideally within an Egyptian or Middle Eastern restaurant, is highly advantageous.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, showcasing leadership and operational expertise.
