Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

8 10 years of HR, consulting, or organizational development experience, preferably focused on retention and engagement.

Strong understanding of Emiratization policies, workforce planning, and talent development strategies.

Skilled in stakeholder management, program design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Analytical mindset with experience in using data to guide strategic decisions.
