Role Summary
First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE s largest and most secure financial institution, is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Asset Management department. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role is critical in ensuring smooth, confidential, and efficient daily operations for senior leadership, while supporting documentation, communication, event coordination, and executive planning needs.

What You ll Do

* Provide end-to-end executive support to senior managers within the Asset Management division
* Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics with efficiency and discretion
* Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely distribution and follow-up of action items
* Handle internal and external communications, including high-priority correspondence and calls
* Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and briefing documents for executive reviews
* Coordinate documentation and logistical support for visiting delegations and key stakeholders
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information and track critical documentation securely
* Support internal public relations initiatives, event planning, and brand-aligned representation
* Continuously improve workflow processes to streamline administrative and office operations
* Assist with special projects, research, and tasks as delegated by the line manager

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree preferred
* Minimum 5 years of executive-level administrative experience, preferably in financial services or banking
* Prior experience supporting C-Suite or Executive Committee (ExCo) level executives highly desirable
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Familiarity with agile/scrum environments is a plus
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
