  • Provide administrative support by preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to optimize time usage.
  • Handle email correspondence on behalf of executives, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
