Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO s calendar, priorities, and daily schedule
  • Act as a gatekeeper, protecting focus and time
  • Ensure follow-ups and task execution across key areas

Travel & Lifestyle Management

  • Organise business and personal travel end-to-end
  • Book flights, hotels, transfers, and prepare itineraries

Communication

  • Handle correspondence on behalf of the CEO (EN/RU)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners

Meetings & Coordination

  • Schedule and prepare meetings
  • Take notes, track action points, and ensure follow-through

Personal Assistance

  • Support with personal tasks and day-to-day matters in Dubai when needed

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience supporting senior executives (CEO / Founder / C-level)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment

Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, task managers like ClickUp, etc.)

Fluent English (C1+)

Fluent Russian (C1+)

Based in Dubai or ready to relocate
