Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, grilling meats, and assembling sandwich components to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including fryers, grills, and beverage dispensers, following safety protocols for consistent food quality.
- Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and provide friendly service to create a positive dining experience and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing workstations, sweeping floors, and emptying trash to uphold health and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent is required to understand instructions and follow safety guidelines.
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred to understand the pace of the restaurant environment.
- Basic food safety certification is advantageous to demonstrate understanding of food handling practices.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced food service environment is desirable to adapt quickly.
