Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all vehicles assigned to the Inspectors project.
Coordinate vehicle allocation, handover, and return processes for employees.
Ensure all vehicles are compliant with RTA regulations, registrations, and inspections.
Maintain updated records of vehicle ownership, insurance, registration, and permits.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
Coordinate with service centers and vendors for vehicle servicing and repairs.
Track vehicle utilization and mileage for all project vehicles.
Monitor and calculate monthly extra usage deductions in accordance with company policies.
Handle vehicle accident cases including reporting, documentation, and insurance claims.
Coordinate with police authorities, insurance companies, and repair workshops.
Maintain a centralized database and records for all project vehicles including maintenance history, incidents, and reports.
Prepare monthly fleet reports covering maintenance status, incidents, and vehicle utilization.
Conduct vehicle handover briefings and ensure drivers understand vehicle responsibilities.
Be available on call 24/7 to handle urgent vehicle issues such as breakdowns or accidents.
Ensure compliance with company fleet policies, RTA regulations, and safety standards.
Promote safe driving practices and adherence to road safety regulations.
Monitor fleet operational costs and recommend improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle coordination, transportation operations, or similar roles within the UAE.
Experience in handling vehicle maintenance coordination, accident claims, and fleet reporting.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
HSE / Safety certifications are considered an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely completion of vehicle maintenance schedules.
Accuracy and completeness of fleet records and reports.
Efficient management of accident claims and incident resolution.
Reduction in vehicle downtime and operational disruptions.
Compliance with RTA regulations and company fleet policies.
