Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of FMCG marketing activations and promoter operations. This client-facing role involves coordinating across departments, managing field teams, and ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    Act as the main point of contact for clients; maintain strong relationships with Brand, Procurement & Marketing teams.
  • Campaign Execution:
    Lead marketing activations and permanent programs; ensure timely permissions and approvals.
  • Operations & Finance:
    Manage quotations, invoicing, collections, logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow.
  • Promoter Workforce Management:
    Oversee promoter deployment, attendance, training, scheduling, and performance.
  • HR & Compliance:

Maintain staff records, payroll, documentation, and ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.

  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Track EPOS data, attendance, and productivity; prepare regular reports and insights for clients.
  • Logistics & Inventory:
    Plan distribution of samples, POSM, premiums, and manage last-mile coordination.
