Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the HR budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources to support HR programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, creating a workplace that values and celebrates differences.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company values.
  • Drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to optimize structure and resource allocation.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing HR expertise and guidance on key business decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Hold relevant HR certifications, such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of employment law and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR practices.
  • Exhibit strong experience within the relevant industry, showcasing a clear understanding of the industry landscape.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop HR professionals.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve HR processes.
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
  • Showcase exceptional personal qualities such as integrity, empathy, and a strong work ethic, contributing to a positive work environment.
