Roles & Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of the business development and sales strategy, aligning it with overall company objectives to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, and new product launches, to diversify revenue streams.
- Lead and mentor the sales and business development teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to foster long-term partnerships and generate repeat business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Demonstrates 5+ years of progressive experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
