Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Field Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive growth in the Managed Print Services (MPS) and office automation solutions business. This role requires deep understanding of enterprise print solutions, strong C-level engagement skills, and proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Expand enterprise and mid-market customer base for MPS solutions, hardware, and document workflow services.
  • Drive new business development while growing existing key accounts.

2. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets.
  • Define KPIs, establish sales processes, and ensure consistent pipeline management.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-centric selling.

3. Client & Partner Engagement

  • Engage with C-level decision-makers (CIO, CFO, Procurement Heads) to position MPS as a strategic solution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs (Ricoh, HP, Canon) and channel partners.
  • Negotiate and close large-scale, multi-year contracts.

4. Business Forecasting & Reporting

  • Own the sales P&L, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Present regular business reviews and growth plans to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to refine go-to-market strategies.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales within office automation, IT hardware, or managed print/document management solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and C-level relationship management skills.
  • Leadership skills with ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen with understanding of P&L and contract structuring.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business / IT / Engineering .
  • 10-15 years of B2B sales experience, with minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience working with Ricoh, HP, or other OEM print/MPS solutions highly desirable.
  • Exposure to enterprise accounts, government, and large corporates is a strong plus.
