Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a HR and Admin Supervisor to be based in our Head office in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Employee legal documents management, Including New visa applications, Renewals, Medical tests, visa cancellations, issuing documents to employees, acknowledgement, and update in the HRMS and Server
Manage employee accommodations, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and record-keeping.
Manage all aspects of company vehicle operations, including renewals, cancellations, insurance, fuel, Salik, maintenance, and driver management.
Manage the timely renewal of all essential company legal documents, such as trade licenses, Operational Fitness certificate, Lease agreements, establishment cards, Various Annual maintenance contracts etc.
Administer outsourced manpower and security staff, including scheduling, attendance monitoring, and invoice verification.
Manage administrative operations such as office/yard contracts, facility/office maintenance, Expense payments.
Manage company Mobile phones and SIMS including verifying and monitoring monthly usage, reconciling payments, coordinating troubleshooting with providers, applying for new sim card and distributing to employees
Maintain HR and admin data storage across server and software systems.
Provides backup support for the HR team and handles additional HR and administrative tasks as needed like Leave Management, recruitment, Onboarding, attending employee queries, payroll etc.
Legal Compliance: Drives legal compliance by regularly coordinating with JAFZA and other government agencies by facilitating the various kinds of Inspections and guarantee timely receipt of all necessary official documents.
Ideal candidate will have following experience:
- Should be a graduate/post graduate with more than 6 years HR & Admin experience and Minimum 3 years work experience in a company based in JAFZA.
- Experience in office Maintenance, Blue collar workforce management, labor accommodation management and Vehicle Management
- Proficient in usage of Dubai trade Portal
- Should be able to speak Hindi and English
