Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Administer employee onboarding programs, including orientation sessions and benefits enrollment, to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a solid foundation in HR principles.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in a corporate environment, demonstrating a practical understanding of HR functions.
  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred, showcasing a commitment to professional development and HR excellence.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
