Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handling employee documentation and maintaining HR records
Assisting with recruitment, screening, and onboarding process
Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence
Assist in managing HR compliance, reports, and employee files
Coordinating visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation
Maintaining attendance, leave records, and supporting payroll coordination
Handling employee grievances and HR-related inquiries
Assisting in performance appraisal and evaluation processes
Coordinating training programs and employee engagement activities
Liaising with PRO and relevant government authorities when required
Supporting day-to-day administrative and office tasks
� Requirements:
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ 1–3 years HR/Admin experience in Facility Management ✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations is an advantage ✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills ✔ Proficient in MS Office applications
