Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handling employee documentation and maintaining HR records

  • Assisting with recruitment, screening, and onboarding process

  • Preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence

  • Assist in managing HR compliance, reports, and employee files

  • Coordinating visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation

  • Maintaining attendance, leave records, and supporting payroll coordination

  • Handling employee grievances and HR-related inquiries

  • Assisting in performance appraisal and evaluation processes

  • Coordinating training programs and employee engagement activities

  • Liaising with PRO and relevant government authorities when required

  • Supporting day-to-day administrative and office tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

✔ 1–3 years HR/Admin experience in Facility Management ✔ Strong knowledge of UAE labour regulations is an advantage ✔ Excellent organizational and communication skills ✔ Proficient in MS Office applications
