Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records (hard and digital copies)
- Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Track and maintain leave records, attendance, and time-off requests
- Coordinate training sessions and logistics
- Ensure HR processes are compliant with legal requirements and company policies
- Support employee engagement and HR events initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and management as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or relevant administrative role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
