Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation. Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling. Act as a point of contact between management and employees. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with staff and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be an Arab national with strong knowledge of UAE culture and HR practices. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). Previous HR/Admin experience in the UAE is preferred. Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software is a plus.
