Location : Dubai
Experience: 1-2 years in recruitment

Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for relevant positions within the company.
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet the company s staffing needs.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
4. Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
5. Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition.
6. Maintain professional relationships with candidates and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment(UAE or in Home Country)
2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of the local job market and education industry.
