Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives

✅ Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

✅ Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and applicable Free Zone regulations

✅ Support high‑volume onboarding, deployment, and performance management of field staff

✅ Oversee performance appraisal processes and training initiatives

✅ Analyze HR metrics to optimize manpower, control labor costs, and manage attrition

✅ Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives for on‑site staff

Desired Candidate Profile

� Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manpower supply, outsourcing, or staffing � Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR regulations � Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and data‑driven decision‑making skills � Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field � Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar Key Competencies ✔ Ability to perform in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, target‑driven environment ✔ Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse, on‑site, and remote workforces ✔ Proactive mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
