Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Advise the CEO and Executive Committee on strategic HR matters and align HR initiatives with core business objectives.
  • Policy & Compliance Overhaul: Develop, implement, and overhaul comprehensive HR policies, systems, and processes, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor law.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead and implement integrated talent acquisition strategies for all levels, from operational labor to senior executive hiring.
  • Organizational Development: Lead major organizational restructuring and change management initiatives to support continuous innovation and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the entire HR function, including labor relations, administration, payroll, and compliance teams.
  • Performance & Compensation: Develop and oversee integrated performance management systems, incorporating KPIs and incentive structures.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare the annual HR budget and ensure timely and accurate payroll administration and reporting.
  • Training & Culture: Establish and manage comprehensive training, company culture, and robust succession planning programs.
  • Labor Logistics: Manage and optimize the transportation of labor, including coordinating bus lines with external fleet providers.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations, ensuring legal compliance and contributing positively to organizational development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills:

  • Senior Experience: Minimum of 5 years of senior HR experience, with a total of 5-10 years in an HR Director or similar leadership role.
  • Industrial Background: Proven senior experience in a labor-intensive industrial/manufacturing environment (Textiles experience is highly preferred).
  • Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance practices.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, organizational development, and change management skills.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experience operating within an ERP system s framework.
  • Zayed or Sadat City residents are strongly preferred.
