Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR professional who will be primarily responsible for recruitment, onboarding, visa coordination, and core HR operations. The role requires hands‑on experience in UAE labour procedures and the ability to manage employee lifecycle activities efficiently while supporting daily HR activities.
Recruitment & Hiring
Handle end‑to‑end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Prepare and update job descriptions based on business requirements
Post job advertisements through job portals, social media, and recruitment channels
Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interview schedules and feedback follow‑ups
Manage offer preparation and negotiation process
Onboarding & Induction
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
Prepare onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Coordinate employee induction sessions and company policy briefings
Ensure smooth transition of new employees into respective departments
Visa & Government Formalities
Coordinate with PRO for employment visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and status changes
Manage medical, Emirates ID, labour card, and residency documentation
Maintain compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and filing (soft & hard copy)
Prepare employee letters (offer letters, employment certificates, warning letters, NOCs, etc.)
Maintain employee database and HR trackers
Support payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, and employee status updates
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance management and confirmation processes
General HR Activities
Assist in employee engagement initiatives
Support disciplinary procedures and documentation
Maintain confidentiality of HR information and records
Perform any other HR duties assigned by management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 5 – 7 years HR experience in UAE
Mandatory experience in Retail / FMCG / Perfumery / Lifestyle industry preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and visa processes
Experience handling high‑volume recruitment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good documentation and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with HRMS/ERP systems preferred
