Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll & Attendance

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leaves, incentives, and deductions.
  • Coordinate payroll processing with accounts/finance.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of overtime, leave salary, gratuity, and final settlements as per UAE Labour Law.
  • Maintain payroll records and address employee payroll queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on portals and social media.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
  • Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower reports.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files (hard copy and soft copy).
  • Draft HR letters: offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, NOCs, termination, and resignation acceptance.
  • Handle probation confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exits.
  • Conduct exit interviews and coordinate Full & Final settlements.

UAE Labour Law & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with UAE Labour Law.
  • Maintain leave records, contract renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Assist in disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Support audits and internal HR compliance requirements.

PRO & Government Relations

  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labor contracts.
  • Track visa expiry, Emirates ID, medicals, and insurance.
  • Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, and other government authorities as required.

HR Reporting & Systems

  • Maintain HRMIS / ERP systems (attendance, payroll, employee records).
  • Generate HR reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and payroll.
  • Support implementation and improvement of HR processes.
