Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Handle day-to-day HR admin and be a go-to person for employee queries
- Employee Records: Keep employee data accurate, organised, and always up to date
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism
- HR Systems: Update contracts, amendments, and employee status changes in HR systems
- HR Reporting: Prepare simple HR reports to support planning and decision-making
- Payroll Support: Prepare and check payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and changes
- Payroll Coordination: Work closely with Finance and payroll providers to ensure smooth monthly payroll
- Final Settlements: Support end-of-service calculations and payroll-related questions
- Medical Insurance: Manage employee insurance enrolments, renewals, and changes
- Insurance Liaison: Coordinate with providers on coverage, claims support, and updates
- Visa Support: Track visas, renewals, cancellations, and employee status changes
- Compliance: Maintain visa and government records in line with UAE labour law
- Employee Letters: Prepare employment letters, certificates, NOCs, and official documents
- HR Compliance: Support audits and keep HR documents aligned with company policies
- HR Projects: Support HR initiatives and help improve processes where neededQualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 3 years of HR experience (UAE experience is a must).
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Multitasking.
- Professional communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 3 years of HR experience (UAE experience is a must).
