Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Roles and Responsibilities:
  • HR Support: Handle day-to-day HR admin and be a go-to person for employee queries
  • Employee Records: Keep employee data accurate, organised, and always up to date
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and professionalism
  • HR Systems: Update contracts, amendments, and employee status changes in HR systems
  • HR Reporting: Prepare simple HR reports to support planning and decision-making
  • Payroll Support: Prepare and check payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and changes
  • Payroll Coordination: Work closely with Finance and payroll providers to ensure smooth monthly payroll
  • Final Settlements: Support end-of-service calculations and payroll-related questions
  • Medical Insurance: Manage employee insurance enrolments, renewals, and changes
  • Insurance Liaison: Coordinate with providers on coverage, claims support, and updates
  • Visa Support: Track visas, renewals, cancellations, and employee status changes
  • Compliance: Maintain visa and government records in line with UAE labour law
  • Employee Letters: Prepare employment letters, certificates, NOCs, and official documents
  • HR Compliance: Support audits and keep HR documents aligned with company policies
  • HR Projects: Support HR initiatives and help improve processes where neededQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 3 years of HR experience (UAE experience is a must).
  • Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Time management.
  • Multitasking.
  • Professional communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 3 years of HR experience (UAE experience is a must).
