Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of blue-collar employees (documentation, joining formalities, induction)

  • Handle attendance, leave, and overtime tracking in coordination with operations and payroll

  • Ensure timely visa processing, renewals, and compliance with UAE labour laws

  • Coordinate with PRO, payroll, and admin teams for smooth employee lifecycle management

  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues at ground level

  • Support recruitment coordination for bulk hiring (interviews, shortlisting, joining follow-ups)

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR systems accurately

  • Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and manpower gaps, and share regular reports

  • Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs across locations

  • Coordinate for uniforms, ID cards, accommodation, and transport where applicable

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for understanding HR principles and practices.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in diverse industries, to bring a broad perspective to the position.

  • Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and best practices in HR.
