Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end onboarding of blue-collar employees (documentation, joining formalities, induction)
Handle attendance, leave, and overtime tracking in coordination with operations and payroll
Ensure timely visa processing, renewals, and compliance with UAE labour laws
Coordinate with PRO, payroll, and admin teams for smooth employee lifecycle management
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues at ground level
Support recruitment coordination for bulk hiring (interviews, shortlisting, joining follow-ups)
Maintain employee records, files, and HR systems accurately
Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and manpower gaps, and share regular reports
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs across locations
Coordinate for uniforms, ID cards, accommodation, and transport where applicable
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for understanding HR principles and practices.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, ideally in diverse industries, to bring a broad perspective to the position.
Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and best practices in HR.
