Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Manager – Operations will oversee and manage daily HR operational activities across payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems. The role ensures efficient service delivery, alignment with UAE labor law, and supports continuous improvement within HR processes to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.


1. HR Policy & Compliance

  • Implement HR policies and ensure uniform application across all business units.
  • Maintain compliance with the UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements (MOHRE, WPS, GOSI, visa regulations, etc.).
  • Supervise the maintenance and confidentiality of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities and PRO teams to ensure timely processing of employee documentation (visas, Emirates ID, contracts, etc.).

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Oversee WPS-compliant payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage employee benefits such as medical insurance, annual leave, and end-of-service settlements in line with UAE labor law.
  • Partner with Finance and PRO teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure transparent payroll operations.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Support line managers with HR-related guidance and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and enhance workplace satisfaction through continuous feedback mechanisms.

4. Process Optimization & HR Systems

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations.
  • Maximize the use of HRIS and other digital systems to automate and improve HR service delivery.
  • Monitor HR performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

  • 7–10 years of experience in HR Operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-entity HR operations within a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
