Roles & Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Maintain personnel files and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate probation, confirmations, and renewals
  • Handle HR correspondence and official letters

Recruitment Support

  • Support recruitment processes and coordination
  • Arrange interviews and candidate communication
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
  • Manage visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID, and medicals (coordination)
  • Support disciplinary procedures and documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards

HR Systems & Structure

  • Support implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain internal HR frameworks
  • Support performance review processes
  • Support training coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 2 4 years HR experience in the UAE
  • Experience in engineering consultancy services environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
