HR Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to manage end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will support daily HR operations in a fast-paced marine and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations

Assist in payroll preparation and coordinate with finance

Ensure compliance with Labour Law and company policies

Address employee grievances and support performance management

Prepare HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount, etc.)

Coordinate with PRO for government-related processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2–5 years of HR experience (UAE experience preferred)

Knowledge of Labour Law

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
