Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
Handle employee relations professionally and confidentially
Handle initiatives, performance management, and internal communications
Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience or relevant HR experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
Contracting industry background is a strong plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution, highlighting the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.
Providing a solid foundation for HR practices.
