Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and professional HR Officer to join our organization in Marrakech, Morocco. This is a key position responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor regulations. The ideal candidate will be organized, determined, and committed to fostering a supportive company culture while contributing to the organization's success through effective personnel management.

  • to develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies, aligned with the organization's objectives and the requirements of Moroccan labor law.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, selecting candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and addressing employee concerns in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and comply with local regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop performance improvement plans for employees.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with laws, regulations and best practices regarding employment in Morocco.
  • Maintain databases and HR systems, analyze workforce data and prepare HR reports and indicators for management review and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to improve employee skills and career progression. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and organizational challenges.

Desired Candidate Profile

A degree in human resources, business administration or a similar field .

3-5 years of experience in HR management, with expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.

A good knowledge of labor law and employment rules in Morocco .

Experience in payroll and benefits management .

Fluency in Arabic, French and English .

Good skills in organization, time management and communication .

The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and lead diverse teams , in a multicultural or international environment.
