Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications to ensure a seamless hiring experience in construction.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and accuracy in documentation.
Support onboarding activities by preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing new employees to company culture.
Help manage employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and inquiries, while providing guidance on available options.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a solid educational foundation for HR practices.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an HR support role, showcasing hands-on knowledge of HR processes and procedures in construction filed.
Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the HR field.
Experience in construction on a fast-paced corporate environment, indicating adaptability and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently .
