Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and establish clear selection criteria for open positions.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process to mitigate legal risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge in HR principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, showcasing a proven track record in filling roles efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency considered a valuable asset.
