Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To lead and manage the Group’s human resources function by developing HR strategies, policies, and systems that support workforce capability, organisational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Operational

  1. Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and exits.

  2. Lead recruitment strategies for skilled roles in production, laboratory, logistics, sales, finance, and managerial positions.

  3. Administer performance management systems and support managers in goal-setting, evaluations, and development planning.

  4. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance management, leave administration, and employee database accuracy.

  5. Manage employee relations, grievances, counselling, and conflict resolution across all sites.

  6. Ensure HR processes comply with legal, regulatory, and Group standards.

  7. Support visa processing, documentation, and statutory compliance for expatriate and local employees.

  8. Coordinate training and competency development programmes aligned with operational and technical needs.

  9. Drive HR digitalisation efforts, including HRMS implementation and standardisation of HR workflows.

People Development

  1. Build internal capability through structured training plans, career development initiatives, and succession planning.

  2. Coach and support managers in employee performance conversations, disciplinary processes, and team development.

  3. Promote leadership capability across mid-level managers and supervisors.

  4. Champion employee engagement, internal communication, and recognition programmes.

  5. Strengthen organisational culture and promote collaboration across subsidiaries.

Strategic

  1. Develop and implement group wide HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s growth and operational objectives.

  2. Lead workforce planning across subsidiaries, addressing emerging capability needs in manufacturing, logistics, R&D, commercial, and support functions.

  3. Establish consistent HR policies, standards, and governance across all business units.

  4. Support organisational restructuring, role design, and organisational development initiatives.

  5. Partner with senior leadership to strengthen company culture, values, and employee experience.

  6. Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, GCC regulations, and relevant regional employment standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

– Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR leadership or managerial role.

Special Skills & Knowledge:

– Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, performance management, and workforce planning.

– Knowledge of labour regulations, HR compliance, and legal obligations across UAE, GCC and India.

– Ability to manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.

– Skills in job evaluation, competency frameworks, and organisational development.

– Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.

– Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Knowledge of learning & development practices, competency-based training, and succession planning.

– Ability to manage multicultural, multi-location workforce challenges.
