Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with construction project demands, ensuring efficient workforce management.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews, specifically within a construction context.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive work environment compliant with Dubai labor laws and construction industry standards.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, tailoring them to attract and retain construction professionals in a competitive market.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in the construction industry within Dubai.

  • Proven experience with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, specifically tailored for construction roles.

  • Deep understanding of Dubai labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements within the construction sector.
