Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.
- Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain HR databases and generate regular reports on workforce metrics and compliance.
- Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations in all HR practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a human resources administrative or coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (Arabic)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
