Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire orientation.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain HR databases and generate regular reports on workforce metrics and compliance.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations in all HR practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a human resources administrative or coordinator role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (Arabic)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
