Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. You will support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and best HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives
  • Oversee HR policies, procedures, and compliance across relevant jurisdictions
  • Advise managers on disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee engagement
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with recruitment, learning & development, and compensation teams as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations within EMEA
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in remote or distributed environments is a plus
