Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The person in charge will collaborate with Regional President, COO, Managing Directors and other Executives to develop an integrated regional talent strategy based on global and regional business objectives.

Able to communicate and work effectively in a results-oriented environment with a strong client-centric and consultative orientation.

Strong stakeholder influence, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to think holistically about talent management and success in leading organizational change.

Team leader and player; ambitious, enjoys an entrepreneurial environment, adaptable to ever-changing business conditions, and excited about problem-solving and serving as a trusted advisor to the business. This leader will supervise a team of HR professionals.

The HR Director will design and execute people s strategies while supporting the company s business transformation.

Will also help to attract and grow top talent through clear career paths, leaders engagement in nurturing careers, employer brand launch, and employee mobility.

Will oversee all aspects of people management, from talent acquisition to on-boarding, performance management and career development and total rewards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s or ideally Master s Degree in a relevant field, including HR or business administration.

At least 15 years of HR work experience in the Gulf countries including Dubai with regional responsibilities in the Middle East, with at least 5 years in managerial capacity as HR Director or HR Business Partner or Senior HR Director or related ideally within a Professional Services or Management Consulting Multinational company having several offices in the Middle East.

Proven track record in organizational change management and strategic HR leadership .

The candidates must be fluent in English and Arabic.

Professional HR certifications or training are desirable.

Track record in scaling HR functions during periods of growth.
