Job Details :
Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding processes, and employee relations
Proficiency in payroll management and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Experience in developing HR strategies and coordinating employee training programs

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is highly preferred
