Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to UAE labor laws and company culture, ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, guaranteeing accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates, utilizing various channels to attract top talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field to establish a foundational understanding of HR principles.
  • Holds a professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) to demonstrate a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
  • Has a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE, showcasing practical application of HR knowledge.
  • Demonstrates experience in the Financial Services industry to understand the unique challenges and opportunities.
