Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach, networking, and industry research, focusing on organizations seeking ISO certifications.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor ISO certification solutions that align with their specific business goals.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the value proposition of ISO certification and its benefits.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, ISO standards, and competitor activities to effectively position services and identify new opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals by consistently closing deals and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as auditors and technical experts, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and records using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in the ISO certification or related industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO and their practical applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possesses a proactive and customer-centric approach to sales, with a passion for helping organizations achieve their certification goals.
