Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, focusing on niche skill sets.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific IT roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience, while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their IT staffing needs, providing proactive and strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate compensation packages, benefits, and employment terms with candidates, ensuring competitive offers and successful placements, while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates, manage data, and generate reports on key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay current with IT industry trends, technologies, and talent markets, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams on recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including employer branding and diversity initiatives, to attract top IT talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrates 2+ years of IT staffing or recruitment experience with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Experience in recruiting for software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data science positions.
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of IT technologies, terminology, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Exhibits excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possesses a proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
