Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day relationships with retail buyers and category managers

  2. Ensure product listings, renewals, and vendor registrations across retail accounts

  3. Negotiate commercial terms, margins, rebates, and promotional agreements

  4. Plan and execute retail promotions (Ramadan, DSF, White Friday, seasonal campaigns)

  5. Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across assigned accounts

  6. Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and forecast demand with retailers and distributors

  7. Improve in-store visibility, shelf placement, and merchandising standards

  8. Coordinate with marketing team for in-store activations and campaigns

  9. Track competitor activities and market trends

  10. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 5–8 years of experience in retail account management / modern trade sales

  2. Mandatory experience managing Carrefour, Lulu, Duty Free or similar retail chains

  3. Background in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Gaming Accessories, or Small Domestic Appliances

  4. Strong understanding of UAE retail listing processes and annual trading agreements

  5. Existing relationships with retail buyers is highly preferred

  6. Strong negotiation and communication skills

  7. Valid UAE driving license preferred
