Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging bilingual training programmes that support our organisational growth and employee development. If you have passion for learning, excellent organisational skills, and experience in the retail, banking, or financial services sectors, we want to hear from you.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree holder
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Learning Academy, ideally within Retail, Banking or Financial Services.
Experience supporting and training UAE National employees and interns.
Familiarity with e-learning tools and Learning Management System (LMS).
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint).
Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles is preferred.
